The feel good class includes mindfulness techniques to calm the mind & body, bring emotional awareness, establish new neurotransmitter activity, connection with your inner voice, self discovery, self healing practices to create flow with your mind & body, and community & purpose. There will be guided meditation and a short flow of Qigong and yoga in each session. The class is 8 sessions on Tuesday evenings at the Parker Library. Each session is $30 and has a unique theme.
